It is amazing how quickly time flies by! DALPEST Pest Solutions have recently surpassed a key milestone anniversary. 5 years of trading! This fantastic achievement has been formally recognised by the wider business during the DALROD Annual Franchise Conference, which took place on Friday 16th September.

DALPEST form an important part of the wider DALROD family, and over the past 5 years the pest solutions business has developed an impressive reputation in the local Peterborough area for their quality workmanship and exceptionally high standards of customer service.

The team were presented with an award recognising their hard work, professionalism and determination over the past few years since beginning the pest control business. It is these attributes which have created a winning formula within the small but perfectly formed DALPEST team.

Michael accepted the award on behalf of DALPEST.

DALPEST has grown in both size and confidence since the business launched back in 2017. It hasn’t always been an easy ride as a new start-up, and any organisation that managed to successfully navigate the challenges thrown up by the pandemic, has achieved more than they will ever know. At the heart of this success are the customers who have continued to place their trust in the quality of the service provided.

An Evolving Business

The team has evolved over time to get to where they are today. Michael Beesley transferred across from the drainage business to take on the role of Business Development Manager full time for DALPEST earlier this year. The team also consists of two highly committed and skilled technicians. Lead Technician Richard Day who has been with the business since 2020, and recently qualified Technician Richard Offer who joined in early 2022. Together this team are a force to be reckoned with and all have the same desire to see the business continue to grow.

“We have a highly knowledgeable and dedicated team here at DALPEST,” said Michael. “The technicians always go above and beyond to ensure that whatever pest challenge they are faced with, either at a domestic property or commercially, is tailored to that specific customers’ needs. We take pride in our work and have some big plans for the future.”

Looking to the Future

Currently the team are fully focused on providing the best quality pest control service in the area. Their approach is about consistently delivering highly effective pest management solutions to achieve the desired results. This involves researching and implementing the latest methods involving non-toxic baiting systems and successful proofing techniques. The short term aim is to continue developing this range of services to provide customers with an extensive selection of solutions across a variety of pest species.

Longer term, the business is looking to continue developing work in the Milton Keynes area, where they are beginning to become more established.
